RK55 Terms & Conditions – Member Rights and Responsibilities on Malaysia's Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rk55 ("Platform", "we", "us"), which operates the website and services at rk55.express. This document sets out the rights, responsibilities and obligations of both parties in connection with the use of the rk55 platform.

By completing the rk55 account registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the rk55 platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition for use of the rk55 platform.

These Terms are to be read together with the rk55 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any promotion or bonus you participate in. In the event of a conflict, these general Terms shall apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Do not register under someone else's name or on behalf of another person – each account must represent a real individual.

Rk55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a Malaysian identity card or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active rk55 account at any time. Owning or using multiple accounts – whether through different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate and current information. Required details include your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number and your exact date of birth. Rk55 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the member.

You are fully responsible for keeping your rk55 account password and login credentials confidential. rk55 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact rk55 support immediately at support@rk55.express.

• Do not share your rk55 account login details with anyone.
• Use a strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your rk55 account when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.

Rk55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks)

The minimum deposit is RM10 and is typically credited to your rk55 account within one minute of transaction confirmation. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same member's name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals of winnings from your rk55 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (or a method verified in the member's name).
• Any active bonus with an outstanding rollover must be completed first, or cancelled, before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for DuitNow and eWallet methods during normal operating hours.

The rk55 platform has a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering. Any suspicious activity or unusual transaction patterns will be investigated. Rk55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and request additional documentation if there are concerns relating to money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers at rk55 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion. The following general terms apply to all rk55 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new rk55 member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.
• Rk55 reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse, fraud, or multi-account usage is established.
• Should an account be closed or suspended before the rollover is completed, any outstanding bonus will be forfeited.

Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.

The rk55 platform must be used for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk55 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools to play automatically.
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of software bugs.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt the rk55 platform infrastructure.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass the platform's geographical restrictions or security measures.

All game results on rk55 are final. For slots, results are determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). For Live Casino games, results are determined by the physical actions of a real dealer recorded in real time. rk55 cannot alter or void valid game results except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

If you believe an error has occurred in a game result, you must report it to rk55 customer support within 24 hours of the incident. Reports received after this period may not be investigated effectively. All game disputes will be reviewed fairly based on server records and game logs maintained by rk55.

Rk55 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or interference with platform security.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Requests from lawful legal authorities.

You may request the closure of your rk55 account at any time by contacting customer support via email at support@rk55.express. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you through an approved payment method, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions. Balances arising from bonuses with an incomplete rollover are not eligible for return.

Rk55 takes member privacy and data protection seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is secured using 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

Rk55 provides an online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or secure against all security threats. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, rk55 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity on the rk55 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond rk55's control (force majeure), including internet outages, power failures or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate information provided by a member during registration.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Business or personal decisions made based on information found on the rk55 platform.

Rk55's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to rk55's discretion.

Rk55 will communicate with members via the email address registered at account opening, in-platform notifications, or through designated customer support channels. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their registered email address remains active and up to date.

If you receive such a communication claiming to be from rk55, please report it to our security team immediately at support@rk55.express, as it may be a fraudulent attempt by a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the rk55 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any applicable promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and rk55 regarding the use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Rk55's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of rk55 to be valid and effective.
